We've retired.

After working in public accounting for a combined total of over 70 years, the last 8 working together as partners, we have made the difficult decision to retire.  We have appreciated your business and greatly enjoyed the friendships we've made with you over the years.

Effective November 5, 2020, our business has been sold to Dudley Singer, CPA of S&S CPA. Dudley has offices at 725 Haskins Road, Bowling Green and 416 Croghan Street, Fremont.

Dudley is a BGSU graduate with a Master's Degree in Accounting and he has over 10 years of experience in public accounting. His firm offers the same services we have been offering:  tax preparation, tax consulting and projections, financial statement preparation and bookkeeping services. In addition, his firm also provides payroll services. We are confident that Dudley will provide you with the same high quality experience you have had with us.
